You cannot change a booking, but you can cancel one and then try to book a new one with the changes you want. Please contact us to assist you with your request.
First, check the cancelation policy in your confirmation email to find out if there will be a fee. Usually there is a 72-hour period prior to your arrival time during which a fee is applicable. However, there are exceptions to this general rule—indeed some bookings cannot be cancelled at all. It's unlikely you will be able to cancel any booking on the day of arrival (and definitely not later). Please contact us to assist you with your request.

The full contact details of the hotel (address, email, and phone number) are included at the top of the booking voucher. This voucher is emailed to you once the booking has successfully completed.
Depending on the hotel supplier used, while your room allocation is confirmed instantly, your details may not be passed to the hotel immediately (in some cases three days before your arrival). The supplier name is indicated in the additional booking section of your booking voucher. The hotel should be aware of the normal booking process for that supplier at their hotel.
If the hotel has no record of your booking and it is more than three days before your booking please contact us to assist you with your request.
If the hotel has no record of your booking and the stay date is within three days you should ask the hotel to initially contact the hotel supplier the room was booked through. The contact telephone number is given in the Additional Information concerning your booking section of your booking voucher in case they have lost their record of it. Failing that, you can try to contact the number directly yourself. If you are unable to find this number or the supplier is not aware of your booking, please contact us to assist you with your request.
The method of payment depends on the hotel supplier: see the When do I pay? question below. There is an additional booking fee taken by allhotels at the time of booking. It is important that you take your printed confirmation with you to the hotel as this clearly states whether you have paid or whether you have to pay at the hotel. Instructions to the hotel on this are included under the Note to the Hotels heading.
For some hotels you pay when you book (the cost of your stay is deducted from your credit card shortly after you confirm your booking). For others, you pay at the hotel on departure, but your credit card details are still required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The payment information is contained under the Note to hoteliers heading in the Additional Information concerning your booking section of your booking voucher email.
You should also receive an additional confirmation number from the hotel as well as the allhotels reference number (seven digits, starts with a two or three). You will need the hotel's confirmation number when you arrive at the hotel.

Changes cannot be made to existing bookings, however, you can cancel your existing reservation and make a new booking with your desired changes. Before cancelling, please review the hotel penalties and policies section noted in the policy section of your confirmation. We also strongly suggest that you first check availability for the new desired dates to avoid any disappointment with your cancellation should your new dates not be available.
Cancellation policies vary from each hotel and are implemented by hotels to avoid holding a room available for a guest who will not use it. If you do not cancel your reservation within the allotted cancellation period, the hotel will charge a penalty (usually one night's room charge plus tax) to the credit card provided to reserve the room. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy for your hotel carefully during the booking process. If you have questions about the cancellation policy for your particular hotel reservation, please contact our Customer Care Center for assistance.
For non-cancelable reservations, no changes or cancellations are permitted once a confirmation number is issued.
Cancellation policies are related to the hotel check-in time, not your projected arrival time. If your hotel cancellation policy indicates a 24, 48 or 72-hour cancellation policy, it means you must cancel your reservation by 4pm local hotel time of the date in question.
If your confirmation page does not display after you complete your booking, please check your email for your confirmation. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact our Customer Care Center and a duplicate copy will be emailed to you.
If you do not receive an email after making a reservation, it may be that we have the incorrect email address or your Internet Service Provider has blocked the email. If your Internet Service Provider supplies you with a SPAM filter, please check that folder. To request a copy of your confirmation, please contact our Customer Care Center and you will be mailed a copy. Be sure to include the following information:
The time it takes for a hotel will vary by specific hotel and arrival date. In most cases, the hotel should receive the reservation within an hour of booking (except for nights and weekends when the hotel reservation department is closed).
For your convenience, you can book up to four rooms at a time online through our hotel booking engine.
Currently, we cannot accept hotel coupons towards your reservation.
Typically, the hotel check-in time is after 3pm local time.
Hotels will usually hold your room until the scheduled time of check-in. If you will be arriving after this time, we suggest you contact the hotel to advise them and to make arrangements to secure your booking.
You can advise the hotel if you will be arriving early and request an early check in. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your request; however it is subject to availability upon your arrival at the hotel.
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge (usually between $10 to $20 USD per person, per night) provided the room has not exceeded the maximum number of guests per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your party size, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you book a room type that cannot accommodate your party size.
In the United States, children less than 12 years of age typically stay for free in the room using the existing bedding. In most other countries, only children under the age of three stay free. The age requirements differ depending on the specific hotel's policies, which can be viewed in the hotel information. It is up to the hotel's discretion to charge additional fees for extra persons staying in a room.
Please enter your request in the special request field of the reservation form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request(s); however they are subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
Upon arrival and check-in at a hotel, you are responsible for consuming the entire length of stay. Due to varying hotel policies, it is always appropriate to check with the hotel directly to discuss your change in plans.
Your email confirmation is your receipt. Please retain a copy for your records.

This varies with the type of rate and hotel selected. Upon entering your credit card information at the time of booking, the information is provided to the hotel with your booking details. Typically, hotels will not charge your credit card until you check in; however, some hotels may have a deposit policy. For additional information, please refer to the hotel's individual deposit policy.
