The two bedroom two bath gulf front condo has a king bed, a queen or two twins, and a sofa bed. Both units have a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker and microwave. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition.
