The Omni Tucson National Resort is located approximately 18 miles from the Tucson International Airport in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The hotel features a 36-hole, championship golf course, a fitness center with a full schedule of classes, a lighted sports complex with four tennis courts, sand volleyball, and a basketball court, two outdoor heated swimming pools, and two whirlpools. The hotel also offers a 13,000-square-foot health spa with massages, body treatments, herbal wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures, sauna, steam room, hair care and beauty salon. Services include golf and tennis instruction and concierge desk.
On-site restaurants include the Catalina Grille and Legends Bar and Grill.
All rooms and suites feature twice daily housekeeping and evening turndown service, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, complimentary newspaper delivery, bathrobes, and dual phone lines with dataport hook-up and voicemail. Non-smoking and handicapped-accessible rooms are available upon request.
Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing a transformation to provide additional deluxe accommodations and amenities. Phase I was unveiled January 2008 with 79 custom-designed Mountain Vista rooms surrounded by a garden terrace with a zero edge pool and cabanas.
