The hotel offers many restaurants. One of the restaurants is located in the spectacular East Tower glass Atrium Lobby, specializing in a variety of American, Pan-Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. The dining area is surrounded by a 4000 square-foot reflecting pond with fountains, 14-foot ficus trees and seasonal flowers. Four murals by acclaimed artist Harold Sudman depict the changing seasons of the Midwest prairie. At night, suspended theatrical lighting provides dramatic illumination.
