This is a great new hotel, with an excellent location for those wanting to be close to the city¿s best attractions. Guests are able to make use of the small (11 metres long by just 2 metres wide) indoor pool, gym and sauna. There is also an outdoor pool next to the terrace, which is actually more of a water feature, as it is 25 metres long and just 1 metre wide but can be used for cooling off. All one-bedroom apartments have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, safety deposit box and fully stocked minibar. They also have fully fitted kitchens, ideal for anyone wanting to self cater. Tea and coffee-making facilities and hair dryers are also provided. Movies on-demand and high-speed Internet are available in the room at nominal cost. The rooms are modern in design and comfortable. The standard rooms are on the inside of the building, so they don't have views of the city centre. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

The bright, spacious restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfast can also be taken on the terrace. The restaurant opens up to the large terrace, which is surrounded by greenery and water features. Drinks and snacks are available at the Terrace during the day.

A medium-size lobby, bright and modern in design. There is a long, sleek reception desk to the right as you enter, and the restaurant and bar are straight ahead. There is a small seating area on the left of the lobby.

The hotel is located at the foot of the St. Georges Mall walkway, with its popular cafés spilling onto the pedestrian square. The hotel has a fantastic location, close to all of the best restaurants and bars in Cape Town city centre. The Cape Town International Convention Centre is just 200 metres away, whilst the V & [meaning unclear]; A Waterfront is also within walking distance, and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
