Vacation Homes at Hotel Prices. Complete with all the comforts of home, just minutes away from Walt Disney World® Resort, Sea World and Universal. Families First Vacation Homes offers private fully furnished homes each with its own private backyard swimming pool. Condo units are also available with access to a community pool. Homes range from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Each pool home has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, a beautiful screened in patio and swimming pool, 2-car garage, washing machine and dryer. Grocery stores, shopping and dining complexes abound within 3 to 5 miles of each home and condo. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. A cleaning fee of 96.50 USD (109.00 USD including tax recovery charge), will be charged at check-in. A $300 security fee will be authorized when guests check in at the property. Property office is located in Celebration, not all homes and condos will be located in Celebration.
