This is a good hotel. It is situated in an excellent position and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere that is quite often lacking in other large hotels. (JMG 04/07).

The building is very large. Its architecture is a combination of traditional and modern style.

There are 304 rooms, together with 18 cosy suites, which offer a marvellous view of the snow covered Atlas Peaks and the city of Marrakech. All rooms are decorated in a modern style, and fully furnished and carpeted. The hotel combines traditional Moroccan charm and hospitality with today's comfort and leisure facilities. The rooms and bathrooms are of a good size.

The hotel has three bars, four restaurants, a garden grill, a coffee shop and a pizzeria. The Moroccan and international restaurant offer a variety of appetising dishes.

The large lobby and reception is entirely decorated in a modern way, with lots of comfortable seating and tables. There are a small collection of shops around the reception area selling good quality gifts.

The hotel is located midway between the Menara and the famous Koutoubia, in one of the main avenues of Marrakech, and only 10 minutes walk from La Medina. Many hotels are located in this area, known as the Hivernage.
