The house itself was originally built in the early 1900s and renovated in 1981. Each room is uniquely decorated in a contemporary Key West casual style. Complimentary Breakfast and Evening Cocktails Guests begin their day with a complimentary expanded continental breakfast next to the pool, and start the evening with complimentary poolside cocktails before the luminous sunset. Deluxe Room includes King bed, private bath, Flat Screen TV/DVD player, in room safe, minifridge, private balcony or porch, outside entrance, garden pool view. Suite includes King bed, private bath, TV/DVD player, minifridge, in room safe, sunroom with queen-size sofabed, French doors opening to secluded patio/garden, outside entrance. One Bedroom Apt are on second level and include King bed, living room w/ queen sofa/bed, large private bath, dining room, full kitchen, 42 in plasma TV/DVD player, private sun deck, and private covered balcony off of bedroom outside entrance. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
